Not everyone is comfortable using 3rd party content in their game and not all mods/CC are suitable for the rating of the game.

Am aware of that list.. @Bluebellflora I don't use any nsfw mods personally, nor do I list them.
I merely think mods and cc help to customise the game.
Also as mentioned, a few are easy to keep track of if they are new to them
