I created a Casino in The Sims 3 and it was great.
I had anR&B station going over the speakers, those effects pot objects that shot out butterflies and sparkles.
The machines where making their noises. It was quite impressive and fun as your sim danced in front of the slot machines.
It was actually the Soul station that had my High Rollers rolling.
