‘small business’ icon has warning sign in build mode

I’ve been having this issue since I got the Business and Hobbies EP, where every lot has the small business icon have a warning sign next to it and the Object by Function slot is locked onto the small business items area by default. It’s a little tedious to deal with, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to fix it?
