Hi, I have had this error code 123:1034405:ff49c79f appear when I try and play the game. I have restarted the game many times, reinstalled the game and tried repairing it, but with no luck.
I don't have any mods installed.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
