Deck the Palms event rewards not able to be claimed

This event isn't letting me claim most of the rewards. It's even worse for another household member, they can only get the first 3.

Windows 11 and fully updated games for both of us. Happens with no mods, no CC.

Any help or advice please? It would be most appreciated before this event is already over and done..

did you start right away ? You can only claim one batch per day so if you already claimed one today, you'll need to wait till tomorrow.

For your household member, do they have the event tab ?

That seems to have solved it! I'm sorry, I guess I totally misunderstood how this one was working - I thought you'd claim everything up to the day's date. Thank you so much!

cjachniak168 I think as long as you log in every 24 hours starting today you can probably still catch up before it ends but it’s cutting it close.

How often are you able to log in? I logged in late yesterday to claim and have logged on now and it isn’t showing as any new rewards to claim. It’s already stupid how limited this is / who has the time, but if it has to be exactly 24hrs later then I’ll never get to finish
