2 Worlds For Gibbi Point

I've removed all mods/ cc from my game, repaired my gave files, deleted old or corrupted cc... BUT everytime i load into the world maps, there are two Gibbi Point's, one only has the names of the neighborhoods (No clickable lots or neighborhoods), and the other actually has everything loaded in (ie., playable lots, sims, Getaways)
