20 Items that Should Have Base Game Versions

This is a list of build items I would like to see more of in the game. There isn't enough of these items.

1. Hot tubs: We only get 3 different types of hot tubs when there are so many different styles. I would like a circular hot tub as well as inflatable hot tub styles.
2. Fans: There is only one style of table fan and that is from the Get to Work pack. I would love to see additional desk fan styles. I would also like to see a functional version of this item. For extra fun, maybe there could be a floor version of the fan. Maybe there could be a version of the ceiling fan with lights.
3. Bunk beds:  The bunk beds in the pack are very modern. They have a teen and older feel to them. I would like to see more styles that look like they would belong in a child's room.
4. TV stands:  All the TV stands in the game look like they could also be coffee tables. I want ones that look like actual TV stands. Glass doors, open storage shelves underneath, and storage areas on the side. I also would like styles with the fireplace in the center. That is popular right now.
5. Buffet tables: I would like to see rectangular style buffet tables. In the styles of the kind, you would see in a restaurant and the styles of the wooden kind you would see in a home.
6. Heater: There is only one heater in the game. I would like to see additional heater styles. Including heated vents and a wall heater.
7. Modern formal wear: A lot of the formal wear in the game is semi-formal. I would like to see more modern formal styles, especially for male Sims.
8. Sinks: I would like more bathroom and kitchen sink styles. Modern kitchen sinks styles with the hose, water faucet, or glass washer on the side. Also, bathroom sinks you would see in a public restroom, dual bathroom sinks with the vanity underneath, public bathroom style sink counters and stand-a-lone sinks.
9. Tubs: walk-in tubs (those are getting popular) and more jacuzzi tub styles. Also, more shower/tub combos
10. Shower: Modern walk-in shower designs. The ones in the game are older designs. We don't have the large walk-in showers with seats in them or the walk-in dual showers.
11. Bar: I would like to see 2-tile home bars. The ones that are tall and narrow.
12. Shades/Blinds: Shades in blinds with open swatches. We have a lot in the game but none of them come with both open/closed swatches.
13. Gaming consoles: The ones in the game have outdated designs. I would like more modern looking consoles.
14. Portable stereos/speakers: similar designs to the JBL speakers, mini portable speakers, old school style with the disk compartment
15. Smart home assistant: a modern design and one with a screen

Great list!

Once an "exclusive item" is made available across other DLC, it loses it exclusivity. To function, the coding of these cross-pack items has to be incorporated into the Base Game. Therefore, by that logic, the above listed items should be included in Base Game.

Another item to include on your list is the Vanity Mirror - available in both packs: Vintage Glamour and Modern Luxe.

I especially agree with freeing functional items from debug.

New-to-Sims players will not learn how to navigate debug until they have understood the game better through game play. There is a lot of game play functionality and storytelling opportunities in those listed debug items that should be available for use by all players of any skill level or experience.

I created two separate posts but the mods merged them and created confusion even though they were on two separate topics. What does pack to base game items have to do with kit ideas. They screwed up the lists. The mods here have it out for me. They seriously don't like me.
