that was fixed a while ago. Haven't seen any other reports since then.

Are you using any mods/cc in your game ? 

Catskidooboop311​ This doesn't fix it but there is an in-game cheat (no mods required). This will complete the full level (milestone), not just the one task, if you want to be careful to use it only when you have the high intensity incomplete.

• Click on the sim you want to help with their aspiration
• Press Ctrl + C to open the cheat command box
• Type aspirations.complete_current_milestone
• Click Enter

I think he might be using an old version of the sims to avoid the plethora of bugs that came last year, I do the same I am on version 1.102.111.1030 from december 2024 ;p Its the last safe one I think :)
