2020 Sims 4 CC won't allow me to save to my library but will work in game

How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4, City Living, Get Famous, Parenthood, Vampires, Fitness Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1. Create a sim in CAS using CC Step 2. Try to save it to your library. (It says it saves) Step 3. Check the Library, but the sim is not there
What happens when the bug occurs? CAS Sims are not saving to Library with the use of CC. (They save fine without CC) However, the CC is showing up fine in CAS and I can proceed to "play" and the CC appears fine within the game as well. I can find the sim files within my Tray folder but they aren't showing up in the Library.
What do you expect to see? Sims saving to the Library from CAS with the use of CC.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? N/A
@nlizabeth If you save a Sim with any custom content they will not appear in your Library unless you check the box labeled "Include Custom Content" in the "View Content By" menu. Please verify that you have this box checked and let us know if this fixes your problem.
