issues with saving house and sims won't communicate or interact

What happens exactly when you try to upload ?

When I want my sim to get to know my other household members it doesn't work. the arms come up. I can now save my house without getting an error. I tried doing that now and it saved my house into my gallery.  I do clear cache every time I go out the game and I repair the game before I play and after i play every second day. how can i delete this report?

Hello. I'm still having an issue with my sims greeting the neighbors and communicating with household members. when I choose my sim to get to know their household member whether it's the child or teenager or older sim it doesn't work. the arms lift up and nothing else. I tried to upload a video from this action but it won't attach. 

and why does the save house to library have the timed out block? My internet connection is good so why is that showing? must be a reason for it?

My loading screen is still taking too long to go into resuming my game.

Is this after you put your mods back ?

Do you have issues with uploading any lot/Sims or just certain ones ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

why does it feel like you have an issue with me? 

I've done it with and without the mods that i have and its it is my household that i play that cant talk to each other! 

its been like this for i don't know how long! if nobody wants to help then take my reports off and i wont report anything anywhere again.

I have a video what is going on but it doesn't want to upload! sorry for wasting time.😢

I don't have an issue with you, not sure why you get this impression.

You said last time that you wanted the thread deleted so I assumed it was fixed and now you have issues with it so I'm just checking in what happens since you said it was solved for you and wanted your thread deleted.

Sometimes you need provide further info so us helpers are able to help you so could you please give the following info:

For the upload issue: 

• Do you have issues with uploading any lot/Sims or just certain ones ?

For your Sims not moving

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Your video is probably to large to upload so best is to upload it to a third party site and link.
