30$ for EP, 8$ for kit in Ukraine

I would like to hear feedback directly from EA representatives.

Why, after so many years, we in Ukraine are forced to make all our purchases in Origin in russian rubles? For almost a year we could not make payments normally due to the blocking of the payment system in Russia, now we have to pay almost 2 times more for all DLCs just because the ruble "flew into space".

For example, today I purchased the latest EP and the Little Campers kit. The first cost me almost 30 dollars, the second - almost 8. I don't think it's fair enough.

If you (EA) cannot provide us prices in UAH (it's possible in Steam though), I am open to pay in euros or dollars, but it must comply with a single pricing policy for all add-ons and kits. And I'm sure that many Ukrainians will be happy if we stop seeing prices in rubles in Origin. Sorry, but Ukraine is not Russia. And we are not a part of CIS since 2018.

    I don't work for EA but I'm just giving you a reply to get this thread moving as I see there's no response for you yet and I'm disappointed to see that.

    I feel like though I'm sure there will be discussions taking place about Ukraine, I'm finding it disappointingly slow after reading a few comments on here from Ukraine players on issues such as this and language representation.

    In the UK we are all doing our part to do what we can to support Ukraine. Everyone I know is doing something and the crisis is in our minds all day every day. We're donating, friends are opening up homes to people who have been forced to leave Ukraine. I have a friend recovering from life threatening illness who is still out collecting and organising support and donations.

    I hope EA are looking at what they can do... because as I see it everybody else is.

    So though your post hasn't gained traction yet, I want to add my support to your request and send you my solidarity and my hopes that you and your country will be safe soon.
