"A Call Away" not working!!!!

I was going through the reaper tasks and I'm completely stuck! I was going through everything like normal but I'm stuck on "Wait for the Ambrosia Society Newsletter" Ive tried everything. I tried expo the mail I've read it multiple times and it just won't pop away!!!!!! There's only one day left til the week 2 event starts and I'm irritated because I've tried multiple things to help it and its not progressing!!! I hope EA will give people more time then what was mentioned having extra time at the end because this isnt me not trying the last several days to complete this and kinda upsetting I can't get passed it. I even got my skills matched and can actually make Ambrosia!
