Acting gigs always Sunday 7pm?

Is it just me? Or is it that the game is trying it hardest to always schedule gigs for 7pm Sunday? Why is it every week the game stretches or compresses the time between gigs to ENSURE that gigs always occur on Sunday at 7 pm?

The last two times I've played through the acting gig has been this way...

I've been trying to complete the lifetime aspiration task "Receive an Award" for (sim) months. And the award show always occurs at 7pm Sunday.

Every single week, if I start a gig anytime after TUESDAY, it always adjusts the time between gigs so that the final gig ALWAYS ends up at 7pm Sunday. One week I started the gig on a Wednesday, It stretched the audition to Friday and the acting gig on Sunday 7pm. The following gig I started it on a Friday, it scheduled the audition for Saturday and the gig 7pm Sunday.

Apparently the only way I can end up being available 7pm Sunday is to not take ANY gigs any time after Monday. Then I end up getting bugged all week by the agency.

Why is the game doing this? Just to be annoying?

    That does sound frustrating, however, I can't say I'm seeing that in my game.  My actress had her last gig on a Wednesday night, which was what I wanted since her two housemates are in university.  I then had her get another gig shortly after completing that one, and while it is Sunday, it's Sunday at noon, which also suited her schedule (Sunday also worked for her because of her housemates).  She also needs to win an award for her aspiration, but she's unfortunately not up for any, plus I should be able to get through the gig before the event starts on Sunday if she somehow gets nominated for something. 

    I assume you've tried all the usual things, such as deleting your localthumbcache file and repairing your game?

    @Psychotps  I don't see this in my game.  I get gigs on any day of the week.  Sometimes it does fall on a Sunday but not every time by any means.   Most of mine are on Tuesdays and Saturdays but I also get them other days.  If a gig falls on a Sunday and I want to go to the awards show if I get a nomination, then I just cancel the gig.  There is no penalty for doing so as far as I can tell other than you don't get paid and no fame points since you didn't do it.  And if you don't have a nomination, then there's no point in going to the awards show anyway.
