Activate Game

I bought Sims 4 Vampire on Instant Gaming. I then created my account on Origin. I couldn't find where to enter the product code, so I went on my EA account and selected REDEEM PRODUCT CODE, I can see the game but I don't know how to play now, can someone help me, please.
