actress aspiration
trying to complete my sims actress aspiration to receive a award i done a few gold events in filming..
how many do i need to receive this award? this is hard i need help plz.?

@lesleycott88 is it the Aspiration goal that you are missing or is it a Starlight Award?
If it's the Starlight Award, you don't always get a notification that your Sim has been nominated. So I always send my Sims to the Award Ceremony on Sunday about 5.30pm even if I haven't been told they're nominated. They sit there in all their finery until the bitter end and leave after the host if they still haven't won. They usually salvage the evening by getting some fans attention as they leave and maybe a few paparazzi shots too. So it's still worth it.
You can also win awards for other things too and that will count for the Aspiration so have you tried uploading loads of videos as an influencer too by using the video station? That gives you more chances to win an award.
But, if you mean that the Aspiration itself isn't completing but you've completed the goal then that might be a problem. I've had issues with goals not completing too.
- @simsplayer818 yeah the starlight award thing and to complete my aspiration goal too. thank you but i dont want to win a influencer reward wanted a best acting one. ive heard you can get a choice award by hosting a fan meet and greet but you gotta get a gold medal event but its seems to glinch and freeze sometimes.

Send her to PBP studios every Sunday to attend the ceremony. Some day she'll get her award. - @lesleycott88 Yeah you get an award for the fan meet and greet, it's in the household inventory after a successful event. I usually try and get a few of those just to pad out the awards shelf. It is certainly glitchy though, you're spot on about that. I've even edited some bars to make them extra fabulous to create a better atmosphere for fans to enjoy themselves.
As we say, just keep trying. It adds to the performance quality if you invite the Director and co stars over before the acting gig using the career panel if you've not seen that. Max the acting skill too if you haven't done that yet. Then just keep arriving at the award ceremony each week and at some point your Sim will get their well deserved moment, hopefully they won't have to wait too long.
