    If you want/can use mods: LittleMsSam has a great mod for this called Auto Employee. I use it all the time and it makes community lots a lot more immersive.

@xochiquetzl_xkvn Oh, that's a bummer. Is it possible to hire someone even if the lot is not owned by a Sim?
