Could you please provide the following information
- Is it a specific house only or all of them ?
- What error are you getting ?
no error pops up when they try to use the stairs, just the normal hand waving saying they can’t get to it. it’s happening in other families i have in this save, but i’ve been playing the same family through generations and i never had this problem with any of the houses before. i tried moving them to a different house as well and they still couldn’t use the stairs.
if you place a different family in that house, can they use the stairs ? Could you maybe upload the build to the gallery ?
