Adventure awaits custom type lot not available!
The drop down for the custom type lot not working isn’t available only showing residential lot types? Reinstall the game but still not fixed.

looks like you have a family living on the lot. Evict them if you want to build a custom venu.
If that's not the case: Any mods/cc in your game ?
Oh do I need to have any empty lot without family before I can build a custom venue?
No Mods at all which is why it’s strange.If you want to run a getaway at your home, you can set the getaway up and choose your home lot (or any other residential lot) for the getaway location. Custom venues are not residential, so you can’t create them where a family is living.
