Adventure awaits custom type lot not available!
The drop down for the custom type lot not working isn’t available only showing residential lot types? Reinstall the game but still not fixed.

Two copies of the world usually means the pack didn’t install correctly. Try disabling the pack and reenabling.
edit: Sorry, previous suggestion of just repairing the game wouldn’t work
