Aether family missing

In The Sims 4 neighborhood Ravenwood it seems like I’m missing NPC families, specifically the Aether family. I’ve tried searching for a possible answer but can’t find anything. Does it take a while for the Aether family to appear or is there something wrong with my game? And if so, how do I solve this?
