After 2k19 Update: Random Outfit Bugs Sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats& Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Laundry Day Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Holyday Celebration Stuff - No Mods installed !
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go Ingame and watchout for other currently not played households
What happens when the bug occurs? After the recent Update Sims from other households, as well as NPCs started to occasionally wear the same outfit. This outfit is not anywehere found in the chosen outfits for my played households. Occasionally even the currently played sim randomly changes into the same outfit. It is not part of the Outfits that are connected to certain jobs, but a pink Jacket with skinny pants and no shoes. (See screenshot below) This just randomly appeared. I specifically went into the game to finde sombeody wearing it and this is 20 seconds into playing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sims in the Outfits chosen for them, even when not played, I also expect NPCs to be in their pre set outfits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
