It's happened 3 times and I've even shut down and restarted my laptop but every time my toddlers try to age up all my sims freeze up but everything else is still going. I just can't click on anything to do any actions. If I try to save the game, it just keeps spinning. Spun for up to 20 minutes
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc
- Create a backup of your save game
- Move your mods folder to the desktop
- Delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
- Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
