Yeah, in fact in every sims game that has included aliens and abductions it's always been possible for males to get pregnant.

@alestewnson it can be changed in CAS using the customisation panel for each Sim in the top left hand corner of the screen. You can set any Sim to be able or unable to become pregnant.

There's a bug report here for aliens being abducted in the first place: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/GTW-Aliens-Abducting-Aliens/m-p/13284429 - @crinrict I'm asking if it can happen to my male alien sim to get pregnant by abduction. Didn't happen to me yet
- @alestewnson Judging by the report, they shouldn't be abducted at all but it seems it currently can happen (EA will need to decided if it's a bug or not).
