All build/buy pack content moved to household inventory and funds ui is glitched

After the update today (August 19), all build/buy pack content from my house has been transferred to my household inventory. This has happened on all of my owned lots. My money UI is also glitched, showing business funds as well as household funds, despite this being a residential lot and my sims owning no businesses. I have no mods installed, and I have repaired and reloaded the game.

    1. Did you remove mods or never have any ?
    2. Can you move out Sims and then sell the lot and it goes back to normal ?

    I've been having issues with this too. I particularly experience it when taking a date back to my sim's home. The lot type is changed to a vacation rental, and I can't change it because the lot is owned by my sim(obviously). All building items are moved into my household inventory, and the UI displaying my money is also glitched. I am using mods, however no MCCC and everything has been updated within a week, no thumbcache of any type as well.
