Kit installed in EA App but missing in-game
hey, had to update my game. the kit i bought back in april still missing.. first time ever my dlc wont show up in game but it's just a kit i guess... i've uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times too. should i make a ticket too? oh... heres my order history. straight from my ea account on the website. let me know what more proof and details you need from me please. it's truly been a long standing inconvience. i only let it go because i didn't want to update my game. i tried to buy the dlc before the apr or may patch to avoid updating. but since i've recently been forced to update anyway. i have a product that's still missing that i paid for that an update did not fix at all. Blue box on map overview
Hi, I've recently gotten this bug where there is this blue box. I have tried to disable mods, still there, deleted my localthumbcache file, and repaired the game. still there. this is the view I get to when I press resume game. I gont get directly into the household as I usually do. when I try to load into my household, it doesnt let me. I can press into the world I want to go to, the blue box still there, and when I try to load back into the household, I get a loadingscreen, but get right back to the map overview. so its not a mod problem, not my cache and repairing havent helped. the only thig I can think of that can be the reason, is that last time I played, I bought three things from the marketplace. The Josephine set, replay hair set and the dear diary bedroom. I cant play my save, and Im so devestated over that. Please help and thank you. (I have attached a video of the bug, I do have mods enabled again, but I know thats not the issue)
CAS blank & UI doesn't work when in CAS
I have no idea what's happened; About 3 days ago I started a game and my CAS was fine, but now whenever I try to enter CAS, everything appears blank except for the sim in the center, and the UI in the top right. When I try using the UI, it doesn't work. Below I'm attaching screenshots.UI Not Working (No Mods!)
My entire game is messed up since the update . I’ve removed all mods, repaired through EA app, deleted the mods folder, and localthumbcache file. What I CAN’T do: none of the UI features are working and opening (e.g. gallery, options menu, simology panel, camera, calendar etc.) Cannot open the cheat box with control+shift+C cannot shift+click on sims i cannot see the selected sim’s picture of the bottom left corner and actions queue, it’s disappeared teen-adults sims cannot interact with a other sims when selected, the pie menu won’t appear I can click on build mode and move existing objects on the lot but the UI for build mode won’t appear (catalogue and tools). I cannot go back to live mode once I’m in build mode. I have to force a shut down through task manager. i can’t use manage worlds, it freezes when i try. What I CAN do: Pie menu appears when clicking on selected sim toddler and child sims can interact with sims of all ages, pie menu appears and interactions are successful, this only works if child or toddler sim is selected the phone is the only Ui feature that will open pause, play and fast forward buttons still work sims of all ages can interact with objects I’ve opened and closed the game many times. Sometimes a feature that wasn’t working will work then the next time I open it. Something that disappeared will reappear after restarting the game. What works and doesn’t work isn’t consistent.
Saves deleted from autosave
My save was deleted because of autosave. My original save ( lets say save 1) I spent a great deal of time in that save. I left autosave on it, as I anted to try the new feature. I later went to a different save, and when I next checked save 1 was gone. I'm devastated I lost so much progress and I have no clue how to get it back.
