Nature press bug
When I try to use the Nature Press, the action gets cancelled and it resets my sim. I tried to perform the action in vanilla mode with mods completely disabled and it was still a problem. I’ve restarted the game, reset both my sim and the object, moved the nature press to different locations etc… and nothing has worked. I hope this gets fixed soon because I really like the concept of the nature press feature. SOLVED: the new update has fixed the issue
All build/buy pack content moved to household inventory and funds ui is glitched
After the update today (August 19), all build/buy pack content from my house has been transferred to my household inventory. This has happened on all of my owned lots. My money UI is also glitched, showing business funds as well as household funds, despite this being a residential lot and my sims owning no businesses. I have no mods installed, and I have repaired and reloaded the game.
UI glitching
The UI glitches randomly the whole time I am trying to play. I removed all mods, even deleting the Sims folder itself, and then went into the game to reboot it. It would work for a bit, but then it would glitch again. I love this game, always have, but this is so annoying, I have even updated the driver on my GPU. I am at a loss as to what to do from here.
Nature's Calling event no longer showing up
Hey team, I was almost done with the Nature's Calling event, only having one final quest that required a sim with lvl 10 handiness (you know the one). I'd finished grinding my sim to get there, rebuilt the sims house, saved and shut down for the night(it was after 12 am EST). I came back to the save this afternoon (about 4pm EST) and suddenly the Nature's Calling Event doesn't show up at all. There's no progress bar, no icon in the top left, nothing. I tried triggering the events by completing them, but no effect. I've since deleted all my mods, cleared the cache, repaired the game, everything I can think of to fix it. I know the event is only supposed to last another 2 days, is it possible it ended early? This is a PC version of the game, with all possible expansions, game packs, kits, etc. As I said, I've already deleted all of my mods, including the mods folder. I've opened Curseforge and deleted everything there as well. I'm not sure what else to do.
500 hours gone due to the new update
when i went to play the sims4 every save, build, screenshot and household i made was gone. years of work down the drain due to the newest update. i've looked everywhere and there's no way to fix it..... i'm not sure if i ever want to play again. and on top of all that i can't seem to find any sort of customer service. if there's any way to even get a little bit back i would love that.
