How to align stairs to platform
I bought a lot of expansions for The Sims 4 on black friday week. A little later I found out that most of the content is missing. Today I found a "bug" that doesn't fit my mind. You can't biuld stairs aligning to a platform. I can't build glass roof provided in the garden stuff package. My game sucks, and I wanna know why and if I am the only one having such problems.
Shopping cart notification constantly appearing
EA_Solaire this is happening for me on the save file I sent you, if I play online. It's constantly popping up (like 5 times in a couple of minutes, even if I don't "wave" it away with the mouse cursor). I don't want to buy it, and like others have said, do we REALLY need 6 layers of ads? People love this game. If they can afford it, they usually buy the stuff they want. So EA's really only advertising to the brokes and for the packs people don't want. I can't see how this has helped in sales, at all. UPDATE: it now pops up every time I switch between sims, and will not go away until I drag my cursor over it. I'm about to rage quit. And then play offline again.
Stuck on world map after creating family.
As the title says, every time I make a household/family and buy a property/plot, it sends me back to the world map instead of taking me to the property. This happens with any household I try to use, and if I try to click on the household to play, it shows the loading screen then just sends me back to the world map. I have disabled mods, clicked repair on the EA app, and even uninstalled then reinstalled the game, but the problem is still there.
Spellcaster sim can't perform copypasto
Along with other bugs, items are disappearing from my Sim’s inventory: groceries from the fridge, collected crystals and metals from the gemology table. My spellcaster sim can’t perform the copypasto spell. I understand updates will sometimes introduce bugs. But this has become a chronic problem with EA’s Sims 4 updates. For many of us, The Sims is more than a game. It’s a coping mechanism, a lifeline. In a world that’s constantly falling apart, diving into our customized fantasy worlds makes life a little less brutal. And yet EA keeps breaking it and now fills it with ads. Ads during gameplay. Ads interrupting our experience like a car commercial plastered across our windshield while driving. We’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on this game. We want to play it fully functional, without intrusive ads, without it breaking every month. Don’t you have a department to test updates before rollout? Or are you outsourcing that to the community? This feels lazy, careless, and, honestly, targeted. Bugs happen. But every single update? Why is this a pattern?
Lots in world (Nordhaven from Businesses and Hobbies) not loading
I recently got the businesses and hobbies pack and was downloading some lots from the gallery to customise Nordhaven. I was able to play them all, until I downloaded one lot (a cooking class business) that seemed to bug my game, as it did other commenters on the lot in the gallery. I task manager'd off my game, then reloaded it, but now despite me being able to click on and enter Nordhaven, none of the lots appear (so I can't edit them, play in them, visit them, move Sims in, etc). I've disabled mods, repaired the game, disabled and re-enabled the expansion pack, and still nothing. Would so appreciate if anyone could offer any help - TIApregancy test option disappeared
so basically my sim is ready to try for a baby and continue her legacy. i did the "try for a baby" option then proceeded to try and take a pregnancy test the next day via the toilet. before trying for a baby, the option existed but now its nonexistent. i removed all of my mods/cc to see if that was the issue but it was still gone in base game. i also tried repairing the game itself in the EA launcher, as well as remove the "localthumbcache.package" from the files. please help!Event tasks not showing up [PS4]
When an event is started (such as birthday party, dinner party, etc) the screen left info box does not show the tasks needed to complete to get bronze through gold in the event. Due to the lack of direction, all the events are bronze. Even if you do the usual tasks that would progress you in the event you still get bronze due to the checklist not working. This seemed to pop up after the Blast from the Past event. The screen left event tap is stuck in new simmer tutorials (travel , use your rewards points) when not playing in events.Crashes, won't connect to CAS.
I HAVE ZERO MODS. The Resume game has sims who are unfamiliar Click RESUME GAME: this happens 👇🏻 Click OK and I can select a season, I can select a world, I cannot move in. I can't afford anything and there is no SIM' x From here if i try to open the gallery everything has red Xs through it. My library is there. My gallery home page has Xs select NEW GAME: crashes app. it closes and goes to Home screen of app. select LOAD GAME - Brings me to SELECT A SEASON. same thing as Resume. I can select a world, no sim and can't afford anything.
