Nature's calling event won't trigger
Hello, I am on an asus gaming PC, playing with the most recent update. I have started multiple different saves, I've repaired the game, I've tried it without my mods folder, I turned off mods in-game and reloaded, and I've turned on and off the online social events/the gallery. Nothing I do will trigger the event, and all I have is the woodworking table. Has anyone else experienced this?
Nature's calling can't claim claimable rewards.
I've been doing the quests of this event and claiming my rewards until the last quest... I can't claim my rewards after doing the last quest released so far. I tried the 'claim all' button, tried to claim it in game UI and on main menu, tried to restart my game and try all of this again but nothing seems to work. I hope maybe when more quests get unlocked I can claim my rewards again. Does someone has the same problem as me or know a solution? In the screenshots below you can see I was able to claim the dish but not the book and the potion. Also rewards that go further than my progress bare are indicated with a yellow dot which I think means it's "claimable"? Is my progress bar not loading any further anymore or is the game showing yellow dots where it shouldn't? I play on pc btw.
Game crashes after trying to move house on lot
Right after this last update, I tried to move my sim's house around on the lot and it first scrambled the house, then crashed the game. I couldn't even delete anything on the house or quit the game because the UI stopped working. I removed my mods folder, cleared cache, and tried the EA app repair game option. Still crashes every time.Career Day Not Showing Up On Calendar
The Sims 4: High School Years, for July 2025 - Before the recent (two) updates, and patch the Career Day, for Thursdays were showing up. However, they have not been showing up (after updates/patch). This allows the Teen Aspiration, to not get completed, to attend Career Day unfortunately. May this get fixed/be resolved soon. Missing Pack Settings
I'm not 100% Sure this is a bug per se...but it appears you have removed some pack settings from the options menu....I would've preferred you didn't, because those options were things I want to disable. Things like High School Years "Teen Romantic Options" and "Rental Lot Objects Provide Gameplay" are missing and they provided more fine-tuned useful settings than the general "Disable Friendly/Romantic Relationships" and "Objects provide Gameplay (universally)"WASD Keys Stop working after deleting object
When I enter build mode in a new home and delete an object, the WASD keys no longer work in any mode afterwards (100% of the time). Interestingly enough sometimes it seems like it registers my WASD keystrokes but will "jump" a unit over. Sometimes, if I'm really lucky--the WASD will not work on start (10% of the time). List of things I've done: Exited the world and returned (the WASD keys still don't work) Switched between camera views (WASD works in free mode but that doesn't really help me when I'm working in build mode). Restarted the game, WASD works until I delete an object again. Switched keyboards from bluetooth to wired. Removed all mods from the game, the bug persists. Repaired and reinstalled the game. Went through the annals of forum posts and deleted any other language keyboard outside of US-English, and the problem persists. This is super frustrating and I'm absolutely not going to reformat my computer to see if this fixes the problem. Even a restart of my computer does not fix the problem. I've attached a video that showcases the WASD not working on start, me restarting the game and then it not working after I deleted an object in build mode. When an event is started (such as birthday party, dinner party, etc) the screen left info box does not show the tasks needed to complete to get bronze through gold in the event. Due to the lack of direction, all the events are bronze. Even if you do the usual tasks that would progress you in the event you still get bronze due to the checklist not working. This seemed to pop up after the Blast from the Past event. The screen left event tap is stuck in new simmer tutorials (travel , use your rewards points) when not playing in events.
Nature's Calling Event not working
When I open the screen to the main menu, the Nature's calling popup (I'm assuming) does not fully pop up--the screen goes gray and I can't x out of the popup unless I press the Esc button. When I load a household, the event will not pop up--the icon in the corner looks like the grim reaper from Grim's event (nothing pops up besides the same grayed out screen when I click it). Possibly related, I can't see any menu on top left corner for holding classes, completing dates/other events, etc. The UI is missing. I have checked all my settings, repaired the game, and removed mods with no success. I am currently on a Mac.
