All Sims get Stuck

I hope this upcoming update fixes this, I doubt it, but it's quite a nuisance. All my Sims get stuck doing various actions, and nothing seems to help. They twitch out cancelling interactions a lot. I'm not sure which update caused this, whether it was the game or EA app. They eventually get unstuck, but not after quite some time has passed. Ruins interactions, makes them late for everything, and UGH. Whether they're fully automated or not, this happens. Resetting each Sim doesn't help. Forcing the house to reset doesn't help. Deleting cache files doesn't help. Aside from moving them completely out of the house and back in, I don't know what else to do or why this is happening.

It is a large mansion in the Ondarion neighborhood, if that helps. I have all expansions, game packs, stuff packs and kits. A decent gaming computer running this game and it seems the bigger TS4 gets, the more my Sims twitch out. Sims in smaller houses do this, too. HELP!

    Okay, tried another house in a different neighborhood (Mt. Komorebi) and same thing happens. UGH! It stacks up interactions until they magically unstuck themselves, but no telling what causes that. Hmmmmmm...

    Another thing I noticed is the married couples have no love for each other anymore. I haven't played that World in a while. They want to get in a relationship when they're already in a relationship ... with each other. I wonder what else is missing.

    I haven't tried that, yet. I've had one travel alone and return (lots of times), but that doesn't work, either. I think an update messed things up, and they're coming out with a big one the end of this month. Hope it doesn't mess things up further. Very hard to play like this. They also cancel what I tell them to do and start doing something else. If I turn off their ability to do so, they'll just stand there doing nothing for a while. High School interactions are messed up, too. My teen missed both his classes because that wouldn't work. None of the other teens showed up as the class never started. So, I don't think it's the Sims themselves or the house. I'm going to switch to another house and see if it's still doing this. I'll report back.

    happening here as well - I can make them move again if I have someone 'travel' somewhere and take them along. We go wherever, then I bring them home right away and they're fine. But it's extremely annoying.
