Appliance Wiz: Collecting prepped ingredients doesn't count

For the appliance wiz aspiration.  Collecting prepped ingredients doesn't get counted by milestone requirements.

PC, No Mods, No Cheats, Most of the Expansions and packs, very few kits.

    Issue seems to have resolved itself after loading a different save for a bit and then coming back to this save.  If it comes back I will say something.  Otherwise all issues seem resolved for the moment.

    Which steps do you exactly have issues with ?

    • Collect prepped ingredients five times while Inspired
    • Collect three prepped ingredients that were made using fresh ingredients
    • Collect one excellent quality prepped ingredient

    or all of them ?
