Applying NPC Jobs

So, I did something without thinking 🤦‍♀️

I enabled the ability to move in for one of the NPCs in my main save, specifically one that is a nanny for a household I play as regularly — so she lost her job.

To find a cheat to reapply that career, I've tried using this post: https://www.tumblr.com/bethsims-nocc/181151512324/assigning-sims-4-npc-jobs. I've done it both with the NPC living in the world and not, but nothing has worked.

It's quite an old post (2018) so perhaps it's just outdated, but does anyone have any idea if there's another way?
