Also having this problem. Emptied cache, replaced sims 4 folder, repaired game, NO cc or mods, fresh save...yes my computer is capable of running it, yes game is up to date, I own every pack.
Endless loading screen when trying to leave build mode back to map screen. Had happen on both a 40x30 and a 50x40 lot.
- @xSinfulSimx Could you do a quick test to see if it's the issue outlined in the first post. Test on a backup.
1. If it's a residential lot with someone living there, move them out with furniture, then try to load the lot again.
2. If it's a residential lot with no one living there, move someone in through the household manager, then do 1.
3. If it's a commercial lot, go to build mode and switch lot types. Save the game under a new name, Try to exit, if it doesn't work, close down the game. Re-enter the new save, lot type should be changed now. Do 2.
Hi, the other families worked but only that family was who doesn't worked, I tried going to another house and it was that, now I have to move them to another house. WHy did happen that?
Another problem with the game is that it takes longer to load locations in old saves than in new ones. but I'm loading one site with two characters. so how so? I don’t load the whole city; I don’t have to change.
