@igna7512 Do none of the families load or do you never get to manage world in the first place ?

Hi, the other families worked but only that family was who doesn't worked, I tried going to another house and it was that, now I have to move them to another house. WHy did happen that?

    @igna7512 Some lots have issues since the For Rent patch.

    Could you try the steps I've given above to make sure that's the issue for you too ?

    Test on a backup.
