@Orthodoxlily I don't know if what you suggested helped or not. I followed your steps and nothing happened. Then I decided to disconnect the online options, hit Apply and exited the game. I immediately started it up again, then reenabled the online options. Nothing happened. But I tried four more times to connect (letting it try to connect for about 20 seconds each time) and on the last time it did. So, thank you? 🙂 I just hope when I go back in later it's still working. 🤔
I also unchecked the online features access and it worked up untill i went to my library to start uploading then disconnected again

Anyone from EA available to comment on these issues? It's been going on for awhile and we're clearly frustrated.
I've tried literally everything and this is still happening. It's been two days. But the thing that's bothering me most is the utter lack of transparency and communication on EAs end about this. They replied to one or two people saying 'this must be a problem on our end and is being escalated' about 12 hours ago and we've heard nothing since.

Nothing changed in my game EXCEPT yesterday I couldn't get on the gallery. The night before, everything was fine.
Today, nothing has changed.
I've spent over $800 on this game and I'd BETTER have it fixed or I'm DONE with EA.
I can't believe they've let this problem go on like this. SO many people can't get on the gallery!
I better hear from someone from EA or I'm blasting this all over my twitter. I've had it!!
