I've tried literally everything and this is still happening. It's been two days. But the thing that's bothering me most is the utter lack of transparency and communication on EAs end about this. They replied to one or two people saying 'this must be a problem on our end and is being escalated' about 12 hours ago and we've heard nothing since.

    Yes! I was able to go right in without having to initiate a connection; it connected on its own!
