Hello fellow Simmers! For the past two months, I haven't been able to connect to the gallery. I've literally tried every solution. Restarted, clicked on Origin and selected go online, uninstalled origin and the game, restarted my laptop, reverted my settings, and tried looking at the firewall. I know it's not my internet connection because I'm typing this on my laptop. I have even had a one on one conversation with an EA specialist. I've been able to access the gallery twice, but when I get off and shut my laptop down and then relaunch the game later, it's gone. Someone, PLEASE help me. I'd like to upload my creations and download others.
I've had the exact same issue! A few months ago my gallery wouldn't work nd I shrugged it off because I wasn't really in a sims mood and when I came back maybe four months later I still can't get into the gallery. I've contacted two different EA specialists only for them to tell me to do things I ha already tried ad to test if the gallery you can access from Chrome would work (which it didn't). I expected that maybe it would fix itself sometime but here I am, an entire month later still suffering from the problem.
