I have looked at multiple other forums for this and tried almost everything that I've seen, but yet this problem still persists. Sometimes it'll get to the point where it opens up the gallery without the popup, but then a few seconds after it'll say I need to connect, even though I am online in both Origin and The Sims and I am connected to wi-fi. I've made sure to check my firewall and antivirus and neither of those seems to be the problem. I've never had this problem before, but I haven't played in a few months. I would greatly appreciate any help.
