@SoyokoAnis Windows is fully updated as are the drivers. Along with checking drivers for my router through my internet company as well. As of right now I have fully uninstalled again and am going to test with just the base game to see if the gallery will come up. The next try is going to be using an old computer I have to rule out if it's this computer set up(Which is more than capable of running the sims) or not.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time i click on the gallery in game it says connect, i click connect and it says i don't have internet connection

What do you expect to see? I want o open my gallery so i can download and upload my things

Please describe the patch or change you made. It started in january, i wanted to play and couldn't send my builds to the gallery
I have all the updates, I've uninstalled the game and re installed it, I've open extra ports, allow the game to run in the firewall settings, disabled the firewall, change the name of the game in my document, I've tried a different computer and still, i can't access my gallery cause Apparently i don't have a internet connection
Origin is connected

@stjmk Yes, multiple times, before i uninstalled the game, and after a re installed it too
- 4 years ago@ClopezA23 Have you tried moving the TS4 folder out of the EA folder, which will force the game to create a new one?
You probably want to back up your old saves beforehand just in case.
