i try to go to my gallery on sims 4 pc and says I'm offline and i have internet connection. please help me solve this, I missing a lot of important stuff, l so checked my firewall and they are allowed access. so I just don't understand

    I have tried everything suggested, yet to no prevail this has been going on since October 2020.
