I continue to have the same problem and I have everything including fixing the program and following other instructions to try to fix it. It continues to say that I don't have a connection. I have reset my router and restated my computer and it still is not working. What else can I do?

    Please try all the suggestions on the first post. If none of them work, I'm afraid I don't have any other suggestions.
