I bought the sims 4 university life, but am unable to play it since i need to download legacy to start the game. What do i do? I am playing on a mac 2011 model.

This lest you decide If you want to contact them by Live Chat, a phone call, or an e-mail. (I heard that e-mail takes the longest).
