Ask For Validation Not Showing On The Romance Tab

I bought the Lovestruck Expansion, and now my Sim has a fear of abandonment. However, the "Ask For Validation" option does not pop up for her to ask her girlfriend, so she's stuck with the fear.

How high is your romance bar with your girlfriend ?

i have this same problem, the romance bar is full and they can even get engage. there are no option to propose and she stuck with the fear

Did you create both Sims yourself ? Can you do other romantic interactions ? Do you also not use mods/cc ?
