Aspiration Levels Disappeared

My sim was pursuing the Big Happy Family aspiration. They completed level 1 and when I went to look at other aspirations and came back, the only goal for the BHF aspiration left was to have 6 grandchildren. It was the only level for the aspiration. I checked out the Body Builder aspiration and the same issue is there. The only goal is to achieve the top of the body builder-sports career. I have no aspiration mods in my game. I've repaired the game, with no change.
