I have seen her suddenly go to play the guitar that belongs to her husband as well as going to the computer to practice writing. She also brings out a sketch pad like she is making a painting but the sketch pad isn't in her inventory.
@RaniaKpop Those all sound like activities related to the creative arts neighborhood action plan, so your sim's behavior may well be entirely due to that.
