babies/infants needs depleting too quickly

I've noticed since the update that my babies/infants needs are depleting far too rapidly; I'll feed them and not 10 in game minutes later they are starving again and will have to feed them again; making dealing with multiple infants/babies impossible to deal with. The one baby I used a cheat to reset them and they got taken away because they were starving. I've never had this happen with a resetsim cheat before.

No mods or cc curently in play when this occured.
