@EmilyEberhart  Which platform are you playing on?  I assume a PC since you added a mod.  I haven't used that mod.  so you might want to contact @LittleMsSam about it.

But you should be able to invite the sim over by right clicking on the sim's portrait in the relationship panel.

Since you use mods, there is an option in MCCC that gets around the employment thing too.  And you can also delete the relationship altogether using MCCC so that might work for you.

@EmilyEberhart  I was also told by another helper here that she is one of the special sims so that's why you don't get the invite option.  So it's either wait until you see her somewhere or use the MCCC options to delete the relationship.   Changing the status so she is not seen as an employee might not work since she's a special sim.  You might want to make a copy of your save folder and put it somewhere safe before you do anything though.  Just in case.

The message that it's an employee itself is the glitch, they never coded it to say you can't get married when you're dating someone else. It's not an employee issue at all, you just have to not be dating multiple people to get married. Since Baby Ariel is a celebrity, you can't invite her over unless you're also a celebrity (I think that's how it works anyways). But you can go to the venues in Del Sol Valley that have the lot trait to spawn celebrities, and you might see her show up there.

You already discovered Baby Ariel has no last name in the game. That might be why there is no invite option.

She is a teenager with a unique hidden trait that prevents her from aging up or dying.
You could try adding her to another household (after adding a last name) then go visit her there.

She is pretty hard, i don't have the dating mod, but i am a vampire. And as such i only have to bite a celebrity, then i can interact with what ever rank a celebrity might have. You can't invite baby ariel over, nor can you date her, the date will end after some 10 seconds. But you can go to her home, by teleporting to her. You have to make friend and girlfriend, then you can propose and voila, you are engaged. I even married her and added her to my household. She's pretty fun to have in your household, because she really minds her own business.
