Back to work: Cooler & other issues

I am trying to set up a bakery in Sims Back to Work extension. Having problems and various concerns.

1) I have the "Corporate Fridge Raider Revenue Generating Cooler" on the property. When I select "buy snack" the Pastry and Pre-Made meal options are greyed out, saying there is no available microwave or refrigerator. I purchased a microwave and set it on a counter next to the Cooler. Still needed the fridge (there is already one on the property.) Bought another refrigerator (even though this item itself is a cooler??) and set it next to the Cooler. Still said no refrigerator available. How can this be fixed?

2) I did not know items would be restocked after sale. This is probably a great thing for most people. However, I would like to vary the non-baked goods items for sale as part of the "charm" of the shop. Any way to turn off auto restocking?

3) Only been open one day, but looks like people may be ignoring the baked items my Sim prepared and put in display case. I was hoping the goods would be the focus of the shop, with odds and ends adding extra revenue. Suggestions?
