Bandana on my Sim?

Hey simmers! I'm relatively new to this game but I know enough to know that I don't have this bandana and am super confused on why it randomly showed up when I was dressing an alien sim. It is a necklace but I cannot find it for the life of me. It looks like its the for rent pattern but I really don't know. Thanks :)
