Base game not working in CAS

I noticed this issue on Friday, May 15th while using Create a Sim on Xbox. I’m unable to properly select certain items in CAS. For example, if I go into categories like blouses or t shirts, everything works normally, but once I click “Show All,” my cursor basically disappears. The only way I can select anything is by moving the cursor all the way down until it eventually lands on the last item, then I can scroll upward from there. I cannot freely scroll or select items from the beginning like normal..The same issue happens with makeup. I can select eyelashes normally, but I cannot properly select eye makeup or lipsticks. Blushes still work fine. Overall, I’m unable to freely choose the CAS items I want to put on my Sim.I also noticed issues in the Gallery. I cannot rotate the Sim’s body at all and can only view them from the front. I’m also unable to move or rotate them properly .After about three days of troubleshooting, I found a temporary workaround. If I go into filters and select “Purchased” under packs, the issue mostly goes away and I can move my cursor freely again. It seems like the base game content is what’s causing the issue in CAS, because everything works much better once base game items are filtered out.This problem only happens in Create a Sim. Build/Buy mode works completely fine.I’ve already tried restarting and reinstalling the game, but the issue is still happening. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?
