bb.enablefreebuild Not Working After The Feb 2025 Patch

Just as the title says: the bb.enablefreebuild cheat is not working ever since the game updated. I type in the cheat, it says it's enabled, but it still won't actually let me free place objects.

Before you ask, yes - I do use CC clothing. I have already tried removing the CC and running the game without them and the problem is still there. I've also already cleared out my cache and the problem persists. The free build cheat isn't working, full stop.

Is there anyone who can help me? What else can I try? Is this just an EA issue with the patch they released?
