[BB][Base Game] Neutral colours for wallpapers/paints ect.

I really appreciate the swatches update from September but after the years of TS4 I dramatically miss a possibility to paint the walls in neutral colours. I feel that we don't have too much options f...

@Sthenastia Great idea, lovely colours. I hope this gains some support. It needs a boost of new wall coverings. One thing I miss about previous Sims games is being more creative with decorating. Especially on console.

One year after my post we still have not any new neutral wallpaper. What is more, any new apthion has less and less swatches.

    @Sthenastia In the pastel pops kit the 2 toned wall paper has all the swatches in single tones
