A whole neighborhood gone.

Since the update I have not been able to find any of my builds in Newcrest, I spent two and half weeks building everything and everything was there two days before the update. There was no custom content, I was able to find two of them but they said that the content was not downloaded to I can't place the lots. I have all most all the packs. please help. I tried to repair it, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I am not a tech person but I lost all my hard work. It is so frustrating.

    Please make sure to remove any mods you have, if you have them. Do a game repair and clear the EA App cache and then check to see if the issue has resolved.

    Errinlynx​  When things like that happen, it usually means the save has corrupted.  You can try to save as many lots and sims as you can to your Library to place in a new save, so you won't lose all your progress.
