batzzzmaru The option shows up under Relationships, not Relationships>Change Relationships when the romance bar is around 75% or so. Ask to be Partners requires more romance bar than the old Ask to be GF/BF options. You just need to do more romance socials to get it high enough and the Ask to be Romantic Partners options will show up.
